Los Angeles has it, San Diego has it, and now the strongest 50 minutes in fitness lives right in between. Laguna Niguel is Orange County's first [solidcore] studio, opening in August. Grand opening events, giveaways included, follow in early September 2026.
New to [solidcore]? Our coach-led, pilates-inspired, 50-minute classes use slow, controlled resistance training on our custom-built reformer to take your muscles all the way to failure. It's boutique fitness built around one goal: creating the strongest version of you.
Can't wait until September? Come by our Open House on August 9th from 11 AM to 3 PM to tour the studio and meet the coaches. Sign up for a membership that day and you're automatically entered to win: an Alo $250 Gift Card or 2 Lululemon product testing credits each a $98 value for the Mission Viejo location.
You'll find us at 23866 Aliso Creek Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, inside the shopping center anchored by Whole Foods at the corner of Aliso Creek Road and La Paz Road with plenty of parking in the center's lot.
Our address says Laguna Niguel, but we sit right on the Aliso Viejo line, so consider this your studio too, Aliso Viejo. Same goes for the rest of the neighborhood: Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach. You're all within an easy drive.
This city was built for movement. With more than a third of its land preserved as open space, Laguna Niguel is a place where the day starts on a trail: Aliso and Wood Canyons » the Salt Creek corridor down to the beach » a loop around Laguna Niguel Regional Park.
That's exactly why we're here. [solidcore] isn't a replacement for the life you already live outside. It's the strength training that powers it. Slow-twitch muscle work makes every climb feel flatter, every ride stronger, every run faster. (Training for a race? Start with Run Stronger: how [solidcore] builds the strength behind every stride.) And whatever stage you're training through (pregnancy ⋅ postpartum ⋅ coming back from an injury), our coaches will meet you where you are.
Leading the Laguna Niguel team is Georgie Willis, the studio's head coach and community manager. Georgie has been with [solidcore] for the past year, starting as a founding coach at the La Jolla studio before being promoted to senior coach. Most recently, she stepped into the Head Coach & Community Manager role where she's excited to welcome the community into the studio! She'll be at the Open House on August 9th! Come say hi(:
Never taken [solidcore] before? Book a Starter50, our beginner-focused format that breaks down the machine and the movements at a slower pace. Here's the full guide to choosing your first class. Fair warning: your muscles will shake. That's not a bug. It's the whole point, and here's the science behind it. Once you're hooked, here's how often to come back.
