
To submit a membership modification request, please complete the following process below. All changes must be submitted through our messenger.
Open the chat in the bottom right corner of your screen, click the "Contact us" button, and type that you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership. You will then be prompted to provide more details so we can complete your request.
Open the chat in the bottom right corner of your screen, click the "Contact us" button, and type that you would like to freeze your membership. You will then be prompted to provide more details, including your freeze dates and any other relevant information, so we can complete your request.
Your membership includes one 14 consecutive-day complimentary freeze per calendar year.
If you are a student requesting a holiday freeze or you require a longer freeze for medical reasons/injury, please include these details in your message.
Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting an extended freeze outside our standard policies.

Your membership cancellation request must be submitted with 30 days notice from your next billing cycle.
Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting to terminate your membership outside our standard policies. If your membership has a commitment, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee.
