Cancellation Policy

Starting 9/1/2026, we are updating our Cancellation Policy in all [solidcore] studios. 

• Late Cancel: Cancelling 2-10 hours before class start
• Last Minute Cancel: Cancelling <2 hours before class start, including No-Show

5/10 Class Packs, New Client 4 Packs, Single / Drop-ins, Optum packages purchased before June 25, 2026 (in Georgia, New York, Dallas), before May 18, 2026 (in Michigan), and before September 1, 2026 (in all other markets) are not subject to this policy.

If there is an occasional, extenuating circumstance that prevents you from making it to class, our team is happy to make an exception on a case-by-case basis. Simply reach out to us at [email protected]. 

Unlimited member waiver: For the first late cancellation (i.e., within 10 hours of class) in a 30-day period, the late cancellation fee will be automatically waived. Each subsequent late cancel fee will be charged as normal until the perk is renewed after 30 days.

This policy is subject to change. [solidcore] reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or make adjustments at any time.

1. Sign into your account on the app
2. On the "Home" screen, navigate to your list of classes under "Upcoming"
3. Tap on the class you wish to cancel
4. Select "Cancel Class"
