Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation fees vary by studio. Find your studio below.

Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 10 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 10-hour window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit and/or be subject to fees. Monthly unlimited members: if this is your first late cancellation in a 30-day period, late cancellation fees will be waived. Learn more about membership perks here. New Client 2-week Unlimited Clients: no perks apply, and all fees are valid. Please note we cannot give refunds.

All membership cancellations require a 30-day advance notice from your next auto-renewal. See terms & conditions.

Canceling a reservation

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Go to “My Info” > “My Schedule”
  3. Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel
