You'll find us at 3085 Sheridan Dr Suite 430 Amherst, NY 14226, in Station Twelve, the new open-air center on Sheridan Drive near Niagara Falls Boulevard, built on the 18 acres the old Northtown Plaza used to sit on.
The studio is called Buffalo. The address is Amherst. If you live here you already know both of those are true at once, and that most of the Northtowns are a few minutes out: Williamsville, Snyder, Eggertsville, Kenmore, Tonawanda, Clarence, East Amherst, and Getzville.
We're also in the middle of a college town. UB's North Campus sits a few minutes north of us on the other side of Sheridan, and Daemen is in the same zip code we are. Students, faculty, and staff, you're the closest of anyone.
Buffalo shows up for each other. It's the city's whole reputation and it holds up. We're after the same thing in here: a room that expects you back, and strength in community.
Until now the nearest studio was about 400 miles east in New York City, or 190 west in Cleveland. Either way, a long drive for 50 minutes. So it's here now, on Sheridan Drive. Don't let the machine fool you: this is targeted strength training for targeted results, and what you build in this room goes out the door with you.
We know you can do hard things. Soon, you’ll be stronger for it. (Training for a race? Start with Run Stronger: how [solidcore] builds the strength behind every stride.) And whatever stage you're training through (pregnancy ⋅ postpartum ⋅ coming back from an injury), our coaches will meet you where you are.
With three years of experience as an Athletic Performance Coach and Personal Trainer, Logan brings a passion for movement, strength, and helping people push beyond what they thought they were capable of. Although she’s new to the [solidcore] brand, she instantly connected with the intensity of the workout and the energy of the [solidcore] community.
Logan wants your first class to end on two thoughts at once: I can't believe I just did that, and I can't wait to come back. You'll be challenged, you'll shake, and you'll get stronger, and you won't do any of it alone. Building the room where that happens is the part of the job Logan cares about most.
Never taken [solidcore] before? Book a Starter50, our beginner-focused format that breaks down the machine and the movements at a slower pace. Here's the full guide to choosing your first class. Fair warning: your muscles will shake. That's not a bug. It's the whole point, and here's the science behind it. Once you're hooked, here's how often to come back.
