I started my fitness journey as a barre instructor in 2018 and found my way to [solidcore] as a client not knowing what to expect. I left after my 1st class shaking uncontrollably, feeling empowered, and craving more! Since then, I’ve loved every challenging & fulfilling minute spent here under the blue lights & I can’t wait to share this passion with you all!
