About me:

I’ve been living and working in DC since 2015 but I grew up in Orlando, FL. I’ve enjoyed taking lots of different fitness classes over the years but when I discovered [solidcore] in the summer of 2021 it was love at first shake. I’ve had a variety of jobs in marketing and I currently work in healthcare communications for the railroad industry. I’m a proud graduate of Florida State University and Syracuse.
