About me:

Originally from rural Georgia, I moved to California 10 years ago to dance and enjoy the great outdoors! I discovered [solidcore] on it’s opening day here in LA and was hooked ever since. As a dancer and artist, being able to workout in a positive, energizing environment while also being low impact AND incredibly effective – it was meant to be! Coaching has been a great source of joy and I can’t wait to share the [JOY] and [SHAKES] with you!
