Having been an athlete my entire life, I’ve found [solidcore] to be one of the most challenging and effective workouts. I’m passionate about the environment and all things outdoors. Into just about every sport and love to be active.

Outside of [solidcore] you can find me:

Running the lakefront or in the lake kayaking, sailing etc. At the dog park. Playing tennis, softball, bowling….basically doing just about anything.
