I grew up in New Jersey and lived in NYC for 4 years before moving to DC for law school! I found Solidcore while training for the NYC marathon and have been hooked ever since!
It was the first group class I really enjoyed and I became a coach to bring that joy to other people! As a runner I’ve found it to be the perfect compliment to my training! l’m always looking for a new race, running club, or trail so please hit me up with recommendations!
