About me:

I am originally from Colorado, but DC is now home. Six years ago fitness became a way to deal with the demanding challenges of being an elementary school principal. Being under the blue lights reminds me I can accomplish anything. As a coach I love helping clients grow stronger and surpass their own expectations.
