About me:

MN has been my home with the exception of 5 amazing years in Boulder, CO. I attended the University of MN where I majored in Speech Communications & Educational Psychology. For as long as I can remember movement and teaching have been my medicine. I love breaking a sweat and challenging my personal limits. I’ve been passionately teaching both traditional fitness and holistic movement (dance, yoga & meditation) classes for the past three decades. As well as teaching classes, I lead wellness workshops and retreats in beautiful locations around the globe. I am a personal growth junky. I love exploring new ways to understand and be amused by life and I enjoy helping others do the same. I love traveling with my fun & funny husband, Randy and our favorite pastime is playing with our adorable fluffy white Pomsky, Blu.
