I'm from Charlotte, NC, I've been in NYC for seven years and fell in love with boutique fitness in this city! I grew up playing soccer, volleyball, and gymnastics. I've worked in the beverage industry since I graduated from college - I currently work for Flow Alkaline Water and love that my passion for health and wellness gets to play a big part in my day to day!
