With a background as a professional dancer, I was lead to the fitness community. In the past 8 years teaching fitness, one of the biggest things I have learned is to find the joy in the work. This is what I love so much about [solidcore] because it is tough but so incredibly rewarding after. In my class, you can expect some big beat drops with a lot of energy to match!
