About me:

I’m a writer, editor, and educator who moved to LA from Houston, TX in March 2023. After growing up a nerdy, artsy kid struggling with a chronic pain condition, I came to my love of fitness late, first getting certified in Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga before discovering and becoming obsessed with [solidcore]. Now I can’t imagine my life without the challenge I find in each and every class and the community created here — I promise, the strength we’ll build under the blue lights is so much more than physical.
