My name is Coach Jaida and I am SO happy you’re here. Raised in Bismarck, moved to Fargo and studied Exercise Science @ NDSU (roll herd!) with minors in Wellness and Managerial Psychology. Pair that with my loud mouth, bossy attitude and desire to make others reach their fullest potential, I couldn’t wait to get on the mic under the blue lights!
