I’ve always been into fitness ever since high school, however never really took it seriously. About 2 years ago I found group fitness & got certified as a CPT and never looked back! It’s truly changed my life & my mindset, I’m so grateful.

You’ll find me spending most of my time with my 3 year old German Shepherd named Milo, he’s my whole world & also studying! I’m currently in school for my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. I’m also a big Disney girl so if you ever want to hit up the parks or just chat Disney stuff I’m your girl.
