she/her About me: After years of working in newsrooms and then the digital advertising world, I realized I wasn't happy or fulfilled professionally and needed to make a change. In 2017, I transitioned to working in fitness full-time as an instructor and manager. I originally found [solidcore] during a visit to D.C. and I couldn't wait until it opened on the West Coast -- here we are! I like to add a playful, silly energy to class while still making sure you're working and challenged. Smiling, laughing, and the [shakes] are encouraged!
