I’ve always found myself loving group fitness especially after retiring as a high school & collegiate athlete. Seriously there’s not many fitness classes I don’t instantly fall in love with. What makes me so hype about [solidcore] is that it truly is for everyone and provides a community that is bar none, especially here in Chicago!
