About me:

East coaster here! I am originally from Maryland, but moved to LA almost 10 years ago to pursue a career in dance and now acting as well. In the mix, fitness has become a huge part of my life- coming from a dance background has heavily influenced how I view movement in the fitness space. Outside of all that, I am just a little social butterfly. I love making new connections with people and sharing my time with those I love. I hope to share my zest for all things fitness and life with you, and help you crush it in the studio and beyond!
