Ashley V.

Ashley brings more than 20 years of experience across fitness, franchising, and international operations, with a career defined by global growth and operational scale. Prior to joining [solidcore], she spent over a decade with Self Esteem Brands, where she played a key role expanding the brand internationally, supporting thousands of franchise locations worldwide. Her work included spearheading new market entry, strengthening franchise performance, and the development of global operating systems.

She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Client Success at the world's largest boutique fitness consulting agency, Studio Grow. In this role, she led global client success and retention strategies, scaled advisory programs, and worked directly with founders and executive teams to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Ashley founded Until Death Collective, a nonprofit focused on combating Veteran suicide through physical activity and community. She enjoys skateboarding, surfing, and rescuing dogs!
