Tips for completing Solidays

The Solidays Challenge 2026 is on the calendar: December 3 through December 17, open exclusively to [solidcore] members. That gives you a few weeks to get ready, and the best time to start training is now.

The strongest finishers don't go from zero to Solidays. They build up: booking consistently, mixing their class formats, and taking recovery seriously. Below are the dates to know and how to set yourself up for your best challenge yet. For how the challenge has grown since 2022, read Shakes of Solidays Past. Stronger for the Solidays starts now.

‍

Dates to know

Mark these now so nothing sneaks up on you.

  • Now - Nov 22: Prep window. Confirm your membership is active and make sure you have enough class credits to reach your Solidays goal of six or ten classes.
  • Nov 19: Full Solidays details announced + Opt-in opens. Keep an eye on our social channels for the exclusive prize reveal, and watch for Solidays Class Packs the same day.
  • Nov 23: December muscle focus calendar drops. Book your Solidays classes.
  • Dec 3 - 17: The Solidays Challenge 2026. Show up, work hard, and recover well.

The December muscle focus calendar is programmed with the challenge in mind, so square away your membership and credits before it drops on November 23.

‍

Book smarter, not just more

You don't need to take Signature50 every time to complete Solidays. Mixing in other formats gives your muscles variety and keeps you from pushing to your absolute limit every single day.

  • Signature50: our classic full-body workout. Keep it as the backbone of your routine.
  • Starter50: a slower pace with more time on form and foundations. A smart way to build strength while giving your body a break from max intensity.
  • Power30: a shorter, focused class that fits into busy weeks and keeps you consistent.‍

‍

Let the muscle focus calendar guide you

Our monthly muscle focus calendar rotates which muscles each class targets, so you build strength evenly and give each group time to recover. December's calendar is programmed with Solidays in mind. When it drops on November 23, use it to plan your weeks: line up the focuses you want, then choose the format that fits how your body feels that day.

‍

Listen to your body

Solidays is a marathon, not a sprint. Training smart now means you'll feel strong on day 15, not just day one.

  • Modify in class. Your coach will always offer modifications. Taking one isn't stepping back; it's how you stay in the game for the entire 15 days.
  • Warm up with dynamic stretches. A few minutes of movement before class (leg swings, hip circles, arm circles) gets your muscles ready to work.
  • Cool down with static stretches. After class, hold stretches for your glutes, hamstrings, quads and hip flexors to help your muscles recover.

‍

Recovery is part of training

What you do outside the studio matters as much as what you do on the custom-built reformer. Build these habits now so they're automatic by December 3.

  • Hydrate. Drink water throughout the day, not just before class, and refill after you sweat.
  • Fuel. Eat enough to support more frequent classes, with protein to help your muscles rebuild.
  • Sleep. Your muscles repair while you rest. Protect your sleep, especially on heavy class weeks.
