Minnesota born, raised, and educated! I grew up dancing competitively for 15 years and then fell in love with all things fitness. I’m a huge iced coffee fan and like to stay highly caffeinated at all times. I found [solidcore] and was instantly drawn to the workout because it challenged me in new ways, allowing me to feel a sense of strength I had never felt before.
