About me: 

I’m a proud Hispanic native of South Florida with a family that was all about fitness, health, and wellness from day one. I played sports and loved weight lifting. Then I moved to NoVA and discovered the joys of hiking and [solidcore]. For me, working out isn’t just about breaking a sweat; it’s my reset button, my chance to outdo myself each time, and bond with fellow fitness enthusiasts. Having a workout buddy who shares the same passion makes the torture… err, exercise fly by so much quicker. After welcoming my son in 2021, I committed to [solidcore] religiously, and boy, was it the best decision for getting back in shape. The classes never go easy on you, but that’s what makes me feel like a total badass once I survive them.
