From Houston by way of Austin, TX. Have always had a love for fitness and moving the body; from fieldday in grade school, to gymanstic, dance, and flag football. From the moment I took my first class under the blue lights, I was in ‘awe’ by the physical AND mental strength gained by every hold, pulse, and variation. I find the strength gained at [solidcore] has helped tremendously in every facet of life, especially my acitng. I look forward to growing with you under the blue lights! 💙
