About me: I jumped in headfirst after my first [solidcore] class and never looked back. This workout has taught me I can push myself to limits I never thought possible. [solidcore] has done wonders for me, both physically and mentally. I was born and raised in DC, and love this town and everything it has to offer. When I’m not at the [solidcore] studio, you can find me in my other studio (I’m a graphic artist) or running in Rock Creek Park. Otherwise, I’m hanging with my husband and two daughters (and there’s a good chance we’re somewhere cheering on the home team.)
