After dancing my whole life and then abruptly stopping I found that there was a part of me feeling unfulfilled. This led me into my fitness journey and truly finding what type of movement resonated with me. I have tried them all but [solidcore] is the one that screams to me because I feel so challenged yet insanely empowered.
