About me:

I am a full-time medical deice sales rep with a Master’s in Public Health and over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I love what I do because both roles connect me with people from all walks of life and allow me to be part of their health/wellness journey. I can’t say no to a challenge, I’m a sucker for a heavy baseline, and I love when people talk science to me. Since I relocated to Nashville in early 2022, I have been anxiously waiting for Music City to turn on the blue lights – it’s time to [shake] things up, Nashville!
