I moved to ATL in 2019 after earning a B.A. in Global Studies and spending 8 months of traveling abroad. I knew I wanted to pursue public health, but I did not realize my passion specifically for fitness until 2021. I aim to help people eliminate their limiting beliefs and find a healthy lifestyle that works best for them – you do you, boo!
