About me:

Born and raised in Maple Grove MN, I grew up as a competitive gymnast. After leaving the sport, [solidcore] was the first workout I tried that truly challenged me. I fell in love with the workout, the environment, and the community! After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, I have had a love for all things health & wellness and aspire to encourage others to find the best version of themselves through healthy living!
I am a recent graduated from the University of North Dakota and can’t wait to see where my next steps in life take me!
