I grew up in a small town in minnesota and moved to the cities after I graduated college. I’ve always had a love for health and fitness growing up as a gymnast. I found [solidcore] in north dakota while I was in college and have been obsessed with the shakes since! the love and support that comes with the [solidcore] community is unmatched!
