About me:

I’m a pediatric dietitian but have been teaching group fitness since 2021 after I received my Exercise Sports Science degree from UW-Lax. I found [solidcore] in 2023 through my friend, and like a true fitness girlie, was hooked on how hard it was. My goal is to deliver a high energy class that allows you the space to challenge yourself and have fun too! Bring on the shakes!!
