About me:

I first discovered [solidcore] when I moved to DC after graduating from Georgia Tech in 2015. In addition to the physical and mental challenge of the workout, I fell in love with the community of incredible coaches and clients and became a coach soon thereafter. Several years (including a few lived in San Francisco) later, I have again found an amazing community in Atlanta through [solidcore] and am grateful to be surrounded by strong, hard-working people who inspire and motivate me to bring my best.
