Dani I.

Dani leads a team of Training Managers and Senior Training Managers in designing and delivering our top tier coach training program to new coaches across the nation. She instructs head coaches on how to support and develop their teams, works closely with the product team to create educational resources and conducts a variety of training programs for both new and existing coaches to strengthen their coaching skill set. A passionate and energetic leader, Dani’s overall aim is to inspire [solidcore] coaches to deliver a fun, personalized and effective experience in their respective studios.

Dani took her first [solidcore] class in 2015 and was deeply humbled by the challenge (it hurt to sneeze for a while). Shortly thereafter she started coaching and quickly knew that [solidcore] was more than just a job. She’s worn many hats at [solidcore]- from Pro Coach to Studio Manager and beyond- but she found her niche in the training department in 2021. In her spare time, Dani enjoys making art and getting outdoors.
