About me:

I’ve been a physical person since I was a kid, always enrolled in something where I got to move – baseball, dance, rowing, tai chi, (and my specialties) stage combat & mask work. I hold a BFA in Acting from UNC School of the Arts, but I tend to wear a lot of hats as an artist. Stemming from my fight training, I’m someone who prioritizes form first, which leads to a safer, more effective experience. My playlists are curated to make class an energetic journey!
