After being born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, in 2023 I decided it was time to break up with the snow and move somewhere sunny! Back in 2020, I earned my NASM CPT and since then teaching group fitness has become a huge part of my life. You can expect high energy and a reminder that you’re stronger than you think in a class with me!
