As a Solidcore coach with a background in competitive volleyball, I bring a passion for teamwork and strength to every class. Growing up in Houston, Texas, fitness has always been a big part of my life, and I’m excited to share that with you. My goal is to help everyone experience Solidcore as a second home, just like I have. I can’t wait to see you under the blue lights, pushing your limits and growing stronger together!

Outside of solidcore you will find me at the gym, or baking some new dessert I saw on the baking championship show. I love to hang with friends, family & of course my child (dog)!
