[solidcore] Summer 2025 Raft Challenge Terms & Conditions

Sponsored by Solidcore Holdings, LLC ("Sponsor" or “[solidcore]”).

Challenge Details:

The [solidcore] social media team is hosting a [solidcore] Summer Raft Challenge to celebrate summer (“Challenge”). We're inviting our community to get creative and active by mimicking a workout exercise while in a pool — with the help of a raft or any fun floatation prop. Show us your moves and you could win exciting prizes!
To participate in the Challenge, follow these steps:
Record a short video of yourself imitating a [solidcore] exercise (e.g., squats, planks, crunches, etc.) while in a pool using a raft or other pool floatation device.
Upload the video publicly to your personal Instagram or TikTok account.
In your caption, include the hashtag #SolidcoreRaftChallenge.
Tag [solidcore]’s official account: [insert IG handle] and/or [insert TT handle].
Make sure your post remains public until at least September 15, 2025 to allow for winner verification.
Entries must be posted starting on August 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ending on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility: The Challenge is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have an active email account and satisfy the Challenge details. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only 1 entry allowed per person.

Prizes and Winner Selection: All Challenge name entries meeting the requirements of these Terms & Conditions will be eligible to win. On or around September 4, 2025, the social media team will select five (5) winners based on creativity, originality, entertainment value, and alignment with the Challenge theme. Each selected winner will receive:

One (1) premium [solidcore] branded pool raft
One (1) month of a 4 class/month [solidcore] membership
- For current members, the equivalent value will be applied towards active membership
- For non-members, the 4/class month membership will be added to account, and will expire 30 days after activation

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via social media direct message and on our Instagram story within five business days of September 4th, the drawing date, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Instagram account governing the Instagram Direct Message was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email or social media.

Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to [solidcore] will be subject to [solidcore]’s privacy policy. [solidcore] will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than the corresponding Sponsors whose offers you failed to opt-out. Additionally, by entering the promotion/contest you understand that [solidcore] may send you additional commercial marketing email regarding [solidcore] and its partners.

General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The promotion/contest is offered by Sponsor, who is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the promotion/contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the promotion/contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the [solidcore] 2025 Summer Raft challenge; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion/contest. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the promotion/contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion/contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the promotion/contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.

Waiver of Liability: By participating in the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that any physical activity, including performing workout-style movements in or around water, carries inherent risks of injury or harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the contest, including but not limited to slips, falls, or other accidents that may occur while filming your video. [solidcore], its affiliates, partners, and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm that may result from your participation in this Challenge or from the creation and posting of your video. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
