FAQs

Do clients have to opt in to the challenge?

Yes – to participate in the challenge and be eligible for a prize, clients must opt in.

I tried to opt in, but it says I am not eligible. What do I do?

Only members can participate and therefore opt in to the challenge. Please convert to a membership, and you will then be able to opt in to the challenge.

What if clients select one goal but hit the other goal?

Clients will receive prizes for whichever goal they complete, regardless of the challenge they opted-in for.

What does my home studio mean?

Please select your “home studio” as your most frequented studio. It is critical you select the studio that you will be able to visit and pick up your prize from in January - March of 2026.

Am I able to change my home studio or my mockneck sweatshirt size after I opt in?

We are not able to make exceptions to these selections after you opt in. Please reference our mockneck sweatshirt size chart before opting in and select the home studio you will be able to visit between January - March of 2026.

Are ClassPass/3rd-party clients eligible to win?

If the client has an active [solidcore] membership and takes additional classes via a 3rd party, yes, they are able to participate and win. In order for these class credits to count towards the challenge, the client’s ClassPass/3rd-party account will need to be associated with the same email address as their [solidcore] account/membership.
