our employee resource group (ERGs)
LGBTQIA+ - 30 members
The goal of the LGBTQ ERG is to build an inclusive [community] for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees. This ERG will support the [solidcore] efforts of building a diverse and inclusive workplace by providing resources and a forum for all LGBTQ-identified employees and their allies. This group will focus on providing networking opportunities, professional development and cultural appreciation. This ERG will educate, share information and raise awareness for issues across the organization while also acting as an advisory resource for the Leadership team. The LGBTQ ERG will host monthly meetings both informal such as virtual coffee chats and formal to address and discuss important issues affecting the [community].
working parents - 27 members
At solidcore, our employee resource group for working parents serves as a supportive network for our team members balancing work and parenthood. Through regular meetings, workshops, and social events, we provide a platform for parents to share experiences, offer advice, and foster a sense of community. Additionally, the group acts as a vital line of communication between working parents and headquarters, ensuring that the unique needs and challenges of this community are understood and addressed effectively. By facilitating open dialogue and collaboration, we strive to implement policies and initiatives that support the well-being and success of our working parents across all levels of the organization.
BIPOC - 65 members
The People of Color ERG aims to prioritize and elevate the unique needs of POC in the [solidcore] community. The ERG serves the community through activities that connect members, support their career goals, foster community, and cultivate a culture of equity and inclusion. In addition, the ERG provides recommendations and guidance to the [solidcore] Leadership team to enhance the visibility of POC's issues and achievements company-wide. All employees are welcome to join, regardless of ethnic and racial identity.
