To ease any sort of confusion and to make information more straightforward, these new name structures all follow the same format so you can find exactly what you’re looking for. Our classes now offer a more structured approach, ensuring a perfect core and cardio balance for all fitness levels. These changes reflect our commitment to providing high-quality core pilates and strength-training classes that cater to everyone’s fitness needs.

Each class is crafted to focus on different aspects of fitness, from core-focused HIIT sessions to full-body strength exercises, ensuring a comprehensive workout experience. Classes titles at [solidcore] now follow the following formula:

Descriptor (Minutes in Class): Class Focus or Muscle-Focus
