Hey there! I’m Coach Taylor! I come from sunny San Diego, California – born & raised! I moved out to Nashville 2 years ago because I am a country girl at heart. I have a passion for fitness and inspiring others to become the strongest version of themselves. I am a full-time engineering recruiter, lover of all things health/wellness & obsessed with golden retrievers.
