I’m originally from Oregon and moved to Texas to go to college at TCU (go frogs!) and never left. Group fitness has been a big passion of mine for years, and once I found [solidcore] I was addicted and knew I had to coach. There’s nothing better than some muscle shakes under the blue lights! Outside of [solidcore], I work in PR and love anything fashion.
