I’m a navy brat who settled into Northern Virginia and now call Clifton home. Former gymnast turned cheerleader turned dancer and former Virginia Tech Hightech (go Hokies!) I found [solidcore] as a future bride and it empowered me so much in my strength; now I am excited to coach others to do the same! Outside of the studio I work in operations at a big tech company, and you will always find me planning my next trip in search of the best food and scuba diving on earth!
