About me:

Born and raised in Texas, but moved to Dallas after I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Kinesiology. My passion for fitness has always been a huge part of my life. During my first [solidcore] class, I knew I was hooked. I loved the way I was challenged by being pushed mentally and physically, the way I felt after each workout, and the sense of community. [solidcore] became my happy place. As a coach my goal is to challenge, motivate, and support everyone in and out of the studio.
