About me:

I grew up in Pittsburgh then ventured down to Wake Forest (Go Deacs!) in North Carolina for my undergrad degree in Health and Exercise Science. There I found my love for exercise as medicine and decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. This brought me back home to the University of Pittsburgh where I’m currently earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. I’m excited to join the [solidcore] team to help lead people through a workout that has had me hooked from the first time I took it!
