I’m a native Floridian who moved to DC postgrad (SWOOP) and am absolutely loving it! After years of traditional strength training and competitive sports, I decided to try [solidcore] out just for funsies and got hooked. I’ve never met a concert ticket I didn’t like and frequently spend too much money on caffeine.
