Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan. I moved to NYC to make my dreams come true (I know, I’m a walking cliché). Started off as a client addicted to the [solidcore] workout then turned coach addicted to empowering those around me. I’m a motivator, I’ll challenge you, but I’m also your biggest cheerleader.
