About me:

Born and raised in Houston, I made my way to Austin a couple years ago for school (hook ‘em!) My [solidcore] journey started as a member at the Houston Heights studio where I fell in love with the physical/mental challenges the workout provides as well as the incredible community under the blue lights. My favorite part of coaching is watching clients take on new challenges as they grow into the strongest version of themselves.

Studying as a psychology student, hyping up family and friends and drinking wayyyy too much coffee
