About me:

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, I am a client-turned-coach, grateful and humbled to combine my passion with my profession. Outside of [solidcore], I work as a child psychologist and I am a Ph.D. candidate, where I look to combine fitness, mental health, and psychology. [solidcore] has helped me build my self-confidence, get strong, and slow down- mentally, physically, and emotionally. As an instructor, I seek to bring you all the same benefits to clients in class.

lifting heavy things in the gym, scrolling through puppy instagrams, running on multiple cups of caffeine, and studying, more studying, and repeat.
