About me:

Corporate tech girly by day and [solidcore] coach by night. I’m an Atlanta native who moved to Austin after graduating with my Economics degree from Spelman College. During undergrad, my friends took me to my first class and it was love at first shakes. My classes are high energy and I’m big on motivation — I believe, the strength built under the blue lights is more than just physical.
